Your aha Journey.

aha provides non-clinical services and support to people diagnosed with a significant and persistent mental health condition.

Your aha journey may start from a range of different referral points, one being at our psychiatric hostel (CSRU), our modern single and shared units where you will receive in-reach support 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Our transitional accommodation is the next step to independent living, or you may live in your own accommodation, both with ongoing outreach support and access to our group activities.

If you are at risk of homelessness, we can also support you to secure and retain your own permanent accommodation through our Mental Health Housing Program. You will need to be connected to this Program while you are receiving hospital inpatient care. Along the way we will support you to develop your own Recovery Plan and work with you to achieve your goals.

As your recovery journey evolves and your needs change, you can transition between aha programs. Many of our participants go through multiple programs during their journey with us – it’s just one of the ways we stay flexible and continue to offer person-centred support.

How we support you.
