We provide community-based support to adults in the Great Southern region through recovery-focused services in mental health.
Delivered by skilled and trained staff specialising in psychosocial support, everything we do is tailored to meet individual needs.
Our services include supported accommodation, transitional housing, intensive housing and tenancy support, practical everyday support, outreach programs, group activities and NDIS services.
Medium to long term accommodation for people referred by the WA Country Health’s Community Mental Health Unit and supported 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to gain independent living skills.
Support to individuals when admitted and upon discharge from a Specialist Mental Health Unit who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, and need support to access and maintain long-term stable accommodation.
Short to medium term accommodation for individuals who are able to live independently but are waiting for community housing or require more support to gain independent living skills.
Support provided to people diagnosed with persistent and significant mental health conditions living in their own homes.
All our participants are welcome to join our group activities where you can learn new skills, make friends and have fun.
